Poll workers must 

• Be registered to vote in Oklahoma.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of the county for 25 days prior to the election.
• Complete required training every two years.
• Be able to work before the polls open (at 7 a.m.) until after the polls close (at 7 p.m.). 

Poll workers 

• Volunteer in the county where they are registered to vote. 
• Are paid for their time. Contact your county election board for more information on how to apply.
